No worries! Here’s how to get back on track.
If you’re using SmartyMe on the web while facing the issue:
- Refresh the page or restart your browser.
- Try a different browser.
- Open SmartyMe webpage in a private/incognito window.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
- Restart your device.
If you’re using the SmartyMe mobile app:
- Log out of your account and delete the SmartyMe app.
- Restart your device.
- Reinstall the app, but don’t log in yet.
- Find the “Let’s register to SmartyMe” email you got after payment (check your spam folder too) and click the Registration button.
- Register with an email you haven’t used on SmartyMe before.
- If you signed up on the website, use the same email and password to log into the app.
