If you need an invoice for your SmartyMe purchase, our Support Team will be happy to assist you.
At the moment, invoices cannot be generated directly within the app. To request one, simply send an email to support@smartymeapp.com and include the details of your purchase (such as the email address used for the subscription and the approximate purchase date).
Once we receive your request, our team will prepare the invoice and send it to you. Please note that invoice preparation may take some time, but we will process your request as quickly as possible.
